Phase 1

September 2016 - One Oak development secured planning permission to build four luxury apartments in the back garden of a property on Westview Road, Warlingham in Surrey. Completed on site 2018.


Phase 2

We increased the size and appearance of the current dwelling by over 1500sqft leaving the new owner with a 5500sqft luxury property in a fantastic location with amazing panoramic views. Completed on site 2018.

January 2017 - One Oak have just secured planning permission to build a new two bedroom house on the end of a terrace in Redhill, Surrey.


The building was completed late 2017.

Early 2019 One Oak achieved planning for 52 apartments on a regeneration project which will transform the approach into Redhill.


The project will revitalise the entrance into Brook Road and provide a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with penthouses and rooftop gardens. Due for completion 2022.

May 2019 - Planning has been granted on the development of land hidden in a tranquil corner of Reigate.

Kingsley Grove is currently home to a small brownfield site which has 44 disused garages and a vacant section to the rear.

Our development is going to revitalise this plot and create a sought-after, gated community with 6 new dwellings (comprising of 4 x 3 bedroom and 2 x 2 bedroom, two storey semi-detached houses) and beautiful gardens.
